Privacy policy

This website is run by Indrajeet's iQuanta Edu Services Private Limited (“iSales”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and the rights you have over it under Indian law: today the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and from 13 May 2027 the main provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

It covers this website only. It doesn't cover data our customers keep in the iSales product about their own students and leads — for that data the customer decides how it's used, and we process it on their behalf under our agreement with them. If you're a student or lead of one of our customers, please contact that institute directly. The iSales product has its own privacy policy, and our data deletion instructions explain how to have data deleted from iSales, including data that reached it through Facebook, Instagram or Google.

What we collect

• Book a demo form: your name, phone number, work email, institute or company, and team size.
• Contact form: your name, phone number, work email, institute or company (optional), and your message.
• With either form: the address of the page you submitted it from, including any campaign parameters in that address (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), so we know which campaign or link brought you to us.

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it doesn't load third-party scripts. Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to respond to your requests.

Why we use it

• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about the demo you asked for or the message you sent.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you, so whoever follows up has the context.
• To understand which of our campaigns and pages bring in enquiries.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles.

Consent

We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting a form for the purposes above. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@iquanta.in. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew, and after it we'll stop contacting you and delete your details unless the law requires us to keep them.

Where it goes and who sees it

Your submission goes from this website to iSales' own admin console, where the members of our team who handle enquiries can see it. It never goes into any customer's account. We use hosting providers to run this website (Vercel) and iSales (Railway and Supabase); they process data only to provide that service to us. iSales' servers and database are in Singapore, so your details are stored outside India, as Indian law permits. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we're in touch with you about iSales. They aren't deleted automatically, so if you'd like them removed, email info@iquanta.in and we'll delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

We honour these rights now, and from 13 May 2027 the DPDP Act gives them to you by law. You can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we've processed it;
• correct, complete, or update it;
• erase it;
• address a grievance about how we've handled it; and
• let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.

To do any of these, email info@iquanta.in. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and respond within 30 days. From 13 May 2027, if you're not satisfied with how we handled a grievance, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising it with us; the Board works as a digital office, and you complain to it online, in the way it publishes. You can also ask us for this policy in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.

Children

This website is meant for institutes and businesses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.

Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational safeguards. Our security page lists exactly which measures are in place today and which are still on our roadmap.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
